Hi, my name is Kristin Tomasello, and I am honored to serve as founder of the Kristin Tomasello Foundation.

This charity has been on my heart for years, in a very personal, meaningful way. When I was younger, I battled an autoimmune condition that left me critically ill and immobile for quite some time. That transformative experience grew my faith, made me resilient, and instilled in me the passion to advocate for individuals with special needs. From there, I founded the Kristin Tomasello Foundation, which focuses on spreading God's love to people with special needs and creating brighter futures for them through connection, charity and outreach.

In addition to serving this foundation, I also oversee a line of ocean-friendly, family-safe sunscreen products, Costa Sea Suncare, which I was inspired to create after witnessing my family's battle with cancer.

I also am author of several books, including "The Diamond Defender," which emphasizes the superhero power of giving within each of us.

Prior to my entrepreneurial pursuits, I proudly served as Miss South Florida and Miss South Tampa USA as part of the renowned pageant program that has benefitted young women for decades. In 2025, I will be competing again for the opportunity to serve as Miss Florida and am absolutely delighted for the opportunity to shed light on this charity through competition. 

From leading this foundation, to inspiring hearts and minds through storytelling and more, in all my endeavors, my purpose is to help, inspire and encourage others to make a difference and reach their God-given potential.
